1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a ph11 account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise engaging with any ph11 services, you expressly accept and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users accessing ph11 services from within the Republic of the Philippines or any jurisdiction where such services are legally permitted.

ph11 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the ph11 website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of ph11 services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the original intent and economic effect of the invalid provision.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

ph11 services are exclusively available to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must be a legal resident of the Republic of the Philippines or physically located within Philippine territory when accessing ph11 services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling by any law, regulation, or court order applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities through any self-exclusion program or responsible gaming registry.

By creating a ph11 account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. ph11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to valid government-issued identification cards, passports, driver's licenses, or other official documents. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, and forfeiture of account balances and winnings.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To access ph11 services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and other information as required by ph11 and applicable regulations. You agree to:

• Provide only true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Create only one (1) ph11 account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false or fraudulent information are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account credentials (username, password, security questions) confidential and secure.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity occurring under your account credentials.
• Notify ph11 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

ph11 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close existing accounts at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving suspected fraud, breach of Terms, multiple accounts, false information, or violation of applicable laws. Upon account closure, ph11 may forfeit any remaining account balance, pending withdrawals, and accumulated bonuses in accordance with these Terms.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

ph11 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through various payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, online banking, and other approved payment channels. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name.
• ph11 does not accept third-party deposits, anonymous deposits, or funds from unverified sources.
• Deposits are credited to your ph11 account upon successful processing, typically within minutes for electronic payment methods.
• ph11 reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing deposits.
• Deposit bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable promotion terms.

3.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of funds from their ph11 account balance at any time, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise approved by ph11.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

ph11 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine laws and international standards. All financial transactions are subject to AML monitoring and verification procedures. ph11 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation. Players agree to cooperate fully with any AML investigations and to provide requested documentation promptly.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ph11 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback programs, and other incentives ("Promotions") to players. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are disclosed in the applicable promotion details. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to comply with the following general rules:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and winnings from free spins or other promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements (also known as turnover or playthrough requirements) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount or winnings before withdrawal is permitted. All players must engage in fair and legitimate gameplay. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ph11 services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any ph11 content without express written permission from ph11. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph11, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or relating to:

• Your use or inability to use ph11 services.
• Technical malfunctions, system failures, server downtime, or interruption of services.
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content or game results.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Third-party content, conduct, or services accessed through ph11.
• Any loss of winnings or deposits due to technical issues beyond ph11's reasonable control.

ph11's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ph11 services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your ph11 account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱1,000), whichever is greater.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of ph11 services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and ph11. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or other mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, ph11 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights, prevent fraudulent activity, or enforce these Terms.

10. Account Closure and Termination

ph11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable ph11 policies.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, cheating, or suspicious gameplay patterns.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provide requested documentation.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or payment systems.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.
• Engaging in behavior deemed harmful to ph11, other players, or the integrity of gaming services.
• Request by regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Upon account closure, all pending withdrawals may be cancelled, all bonus funds and promotional winnings may be forfeited, and any remaining account balance may be withheld or returned to you at ph11's sole discretion, depending on the reason for closure. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting ph11 customer support. Voluntary closure will result in forfeiture of all active bonuses and pending withdrawals may be processed in accordance with normal procedures.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

ph11 is committed to protecting your personal information and privacy. Our collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using ph11 services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. ph11 complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph11 regarding your use of ph11 services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

12.2 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without ph11's prior written consent. ph11 may freely assign these Terms and our rights and obligations to any third party without your consent or notice.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver by ph11 of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. ph11's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Force Majeure

ph11 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor strikes, pandemics, internet service failures, telecommunications disruptions, or other force majeure events.
